The Community Health Collaborative is a collection of independent, outpatient specialists who strongly believe that better patient care and treatment coordination result from the coordination of medical, psychiatric, therapy and nutritional services.  While the client composition of each independent practice may vary, our primary emphasis is the treatment of eating disorders and related illnesses.
